We also believe in a fourth principle: energy efficiency and green building.
Our emphasis for the 21st century is to research and develop healthier built environments for the good of future generations.

A BACKGROUND OF EXCELLENCE IN RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERICAL ARCHITECTURE
Chad E. Phillips founded Phillips Architecture & Planning, Inc., in Bend, Oregon in 1991 as Phillips Design, Inc. Firm projects have exceeded one thousand, from exquisite custom homes,commercial structures, master planning and interiors. With a background steeped in construction, we have forged lasting relationships that support our clients, builders and community partners.  Today Phillips Architectecture & Planning, Inc. can be found in two locations; Bend, Oregon and Driggs, idaho.
